Mission:

Seed Stewards RI exists to activate underused school gardens by partnering with teachers and students to bring curriculum-aligned, culturally responsive outdoor learning into public schools, helping young people connect to food, ecosystems, and their communities.

Vision:

Seed Stewards RI envisions a future where every child has meaningful access to outdoor learning, understands where their food comes from, and sees themselves reflected in the land, food traditions, and ecosystems of southern New England—growing healthy students, resilient communities, and a more just food system.
